Whole Brain Living is not just a training—it’s a solution. As you may know, I am a scientist, author and expert on self-healing. We each have two emotional and two thinking modules of cells making up our brain, and each of these groups of cells result in very specific skill-sets that manifest as four distinct and predictable character profiles.Â
When we get to know each of our Four Characters, we can train ourselves to choose which personality we want to bring online at any moment, regardless of our external circumstances. This is true personal freedom.
